This Hotdog Slayer is made from 1/16" thick 52100 at 63 Rockwell C and features handle scales made from black Richlite with purple and black dyed and stabilized alder burl over bright green G10 liners.
The blade is 6.5" long, 1.75" tall at the heel and the knife is 11.5" overall weighing 4.7oz. The blade is ground with a combination of flat and convex geometries to reduce resistance when cutting through taller foods.
